Transaction records and identity verification data must be retained for 7 years under financial regulations (IRS, FinCEN). This data is securely stored and not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.
Make sure your KovaPay balance is $0.00 and all pending payouts have been received. Any remaining balance at the time of deletion may be forfeited.
If you have an active Stripe account connected to KovaPay, it will be disconnected but not deleted. Contact Stripe support to close your Stripe account separately.
This will open an email to support@getkovapay.com. Include your registered email and handle. Requests are processed within 5 business days.
